DESed is a famous design education conference held annually in Switzerland. The organization committee is launching a new conference in New York City. The call for entries requires a poster campaign aimed at design educators, professional designers, and college design students. Two poster designs are needed to reflect the organizer’s Scandinavian heritage while having consistency in adherence to a grid system.
The design is exclusively typographic and uses only two typefaces. Each poster has its own neutral color palette. They are differentiated by shifting major textual units and background forms but are otherwise consistent in style and information hierarchy.
